Supply Lists

Here are some things that you will need to bring with you to kindergarten:

• A large backpack and lunch box labeled with your child's name. No wheels, please.
• An art smock labeled with your child's name. A large, old t-shirt is sufficient!
• Washable markers in a soft zipper case labeled with your child's name. No boxes please.
• Over-the-head headphones labeled with your child's name, placed in a plastic storage bag also labeled with your child's name. No earbuds or bluetooth, please.
• 8 low-odor black, thin EXPO brand, dry erase markers (no ultra-fine tip and NO colors, please)
• 24 sharpened #2 pencils *Please do not send in individual pencil sharpeners/erasers
• 4 THICK Elmer’s glue sticks
• 4 boxes of 24 count Crayola brand crayons
• 1 box of tissues
• Standard size bottle of hand sanitizer with a pump

Please only label items listed below:

• 1 large zippered pouch (about 10 inches x 7 ½ inches, labeled with child's name) 
• 24 sharpened pencils (take out of package) 
• 1 eraser (rectangular, not pencil topper, labeled with child’s name) 
• 3 large glue sticks (take out of package) 
• 1 kid size scissors (take out of package) 
• 1 dry erase marker eraser (take out of package, can also use a sock) 
• 6 thin, low-odor Expo markers (take out of package) 
• 1 box of crayons (24 count) 
• 1 box of washable markers (take out of package) 
• 4 HEAVY DUTY plain folders (1 red, 1 yellow, 1 green, 1 blue and 1 orange) labeled with child’s name 
• Headphones* (take out of package, place in plastic bag labeled with your child’s name)
  *Please note that earbuds are not recommended as students oftentimes have a hard time keeping the earbuds in their ears. 
• 1 box of Ziploc bags as follows:
  • Last Names A-G: sandwich size
  • Last Names H-O: quart size
  • Last Names P-Z: gallon size

  • Last Names A-G: Clorox/Lysol disinfecting wipes
  • Last Names H-O: anitbacterial hand wipes
  • Last Names P-Z: hand sanitizer
• 1 box of tissues 

Of the supplies listed above, please put the following items into a zippered pouch:

• 6 pencils
• 1 eraser
• 1 glue stick
• 1 pair of scissors
• 1 dry erase eraser
• 2 dry erase markers
• box of crayons 
• washable markers

Please put remaining items in a separate bag as it will be stored into a communal supply basket for the class to use throughout the remainder or the year.

Please fill a pencil box with: 

• scissors 
• 1 glue stick 
• a sock or Expo marker eraser 
• 2 thin, black Expo markers (low odor) 
• crayons and/or colored pencils 
• a plain pink pencil erasers (not pencil toppers) 
• 6 sharpened pencils 
• 2 yellow highlighters 

You will also need (please label these things with your child’s name): 

• 1 folder of your choice 
• 4 HEAVY DUTY plain folders: red, blue, green, yellow 
• 2 composition books 
• Markers (left in original package or in a small soft case) 
• Headphones/ear buds (out of packaging, in a gallon size bag, labeled with name) 

Please also bring: 

• 2 - 3 boxes of tissues 
• An extra pack of glue sticks
• Pre-sharpened pencils to share with the class
• A box of think black Expo markers (low odor)

• Crayons or colored pencils (no more than 24 please-no markers)
• 6 different colored, plain, plastic folders (sturdy and durable to last all year — yellow, green, red, blue, orange, and purple)
• 1 marble copybook (no spirals please)
• Earbuds or headphones
• Eraser for whiteboards (can be a sock, washcloth, or whiteboard eraser)

Community Supplies: (Teacher will collect the following to be shared throughout the year.)

• 1 pack of filler-lined paper - wide-ruled
• 2 glue sticks
• 36 Sharpened yellow pencils
• 2 boxes of tissues
• 8 thin, yellow highlighters
• 8 dry-erase black markers
• Sandwich-size Ziploc bags (if your last name begins with A-L)
• 1 hand sanitizer (if your last name begins with A-L)
• Gallon or quart-size Ziploc bags (if your last name begins with M-Z)
• 1 container of Clorox or Lysol wipes (if your last name begins with M-Z)

Please only purchase and bring to school what is on this list. Please do not bring individual pencil sharpeners to school.
